Bob’s Port & Stilton Truffles

My husband loved to end a multi-course dinner with port and stilton cheese so I named these truffles after him.

Taylor Fladgate’s 10-year-old Tawny Port with its sweet elegant apricot flavours and delicate wood notes and the Clawson Blue Stilton with its distinctive tangy flavour blend together in perfect harmony with MonKKey Arauca MilKeto. The resulting creamy ganache is rolled in Chigorodó whole cocoa.
