  1. What makes your chocolate keto?
    Cocoa is a perfect fit for keto. For example a MonKKey Chigorodo DarKeto bar has only 1 gram of net carbs, 2g of protein 2g, and 8g of fat.
    Cream Cheese, an essential keto ingredient, is used in many of Keepsake Keto MilKeto chocolate and cocoa butter bars. Whole milk is used to change flavour profiles and add sweetness without the use of erythritol.

    At Keepsake Keto Candies & Chocolates, erythritol is only used to boost sweetness and is not used to replace the same level of sweetness as sugar. The natural sweetness of fruit and nuts add complexity in our bonbon flavours.

    The result is chocolate and bonbons which offer subtle sweetness or none at all. Perfect for the ketogenic lifestyle in which taste-buds develop a sensitive awareness of sweetness and in which ketones reduce the desire for foods that are sweet.

  2. Where are you located?
    10-830 Dufferin Ave: back alley access with an accessible ramp. Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada

  3. Why do you only ship in Canada?
    I am a small business and at this point in time, it simplifies my life if I only sell in Canada.

  4. Are you Food Safe Certified?
    Yes, I have been certified by SaskHealth. I take great pride in keeping my working area clean and sanitary. 

  5. What do you do about allergens?
    My product labels list allergens or say “may have come in contact with”. If you have serious health issues related to allergens, then my products are not for you. I can guarantee what happens in my commercial kitchen but not for ingredients that come from other food manufacturers.
    My kitchen is peanut free. I do not use peanuts or lupin flour.

  6. Why is your shop open only once a week?
    I welcome you to order online 24/7 and pick-up at the shop. Pre-ordering, especially custom baked goods, guarantees you will get what you want in the quantity you need. I make everything in the shop during the week in preparation for Saturday.

  7. Why are you closed from after Father’s Day until the second Saturday in September?
    I do a considerable amount of research and development of new recipes during the summer in preparation for the rest of the year. I prepare many of the fruits and herbs which are at the peak of freshness during the summer.
