Baked Bonbon – Double Chocolate


Never heard of a baked bonbon?

Neither had I until I made these and realized that “baked bonbon” described them perfectly.

They are small dense cookies made with two kinds of my keto fine chocolate. Colombian San Vicente chocolate is in my MonKKey DarKeto and TOTALLY! MilKeto.

53% of the ingredients are chocolate.

Add in tart cranberries and toasted organic hazelnuts – and WOW! A scrumptious baked bonbon.

Want to take it to the next level? Warm it up in a 200F oven for 5 to 7 minutes. The heat melts the MilKeto chunks… oh bliss.
