Sweet blueberry and the slight saltiness of cream cheese – cheesecake in a bar.
I think that the appearance of the bars is hilarious! They remind me of octopus legs. I made another version but compared to the first batch, they looked uninteresting. Which is why the first version is for sale.
The creaminess of the bars comes from my MonKKey Cheesecake Cocoa Butter which is pure cocoa butter and cream cheese subtly sweetened with erythritol and monk fruit juice concentrate.
Totally! 100% Arauca, used to attach the blueberry, adds the perfect counterbalance to the fruit.
