  1. What makes your chocolate keto?
    Cocoa is a perfect fit for keto. For example a MonKKey Chigorodo DarKeto bar has only 1 gram of net carbs, 2g of protein 2g, and 8g of fat.
    Cream Cheese, an essential keto ingredient, is used in many of Keepsake Keto MilKeto chocolate and cocoa butter bars. Whole milk is used to change flavour profiles and add sweetness without the use of erythritol.

    At Keepsake Keto Candies & Chocolates, erythritol is only used to boost sweetness and is not used to replace the same level of sweetness as sugar. The natural sweetness of fruit and nuts add complexity in our bonbon flavours.

    The result is chocolate and bonbons which offer subtle sweetness or none at all. Perfect for the ketogenic lifestyle in which taste-buds develop a sensitive awareness of sweetness and in which ketones reduce the desire for foods that are sweet.

  2. Where are you located?
    10-830 Dufferin Ave: back alley access with an accessible ramp. Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada

  3. Why do you only ship in Canada?
    I am a small business and at this point in time, it simplifies my life if I only sell in Canada.

  4. Are you Food Safe Certified?
    Yes, I have been certified by SaskHealth. I take great pride in keeping my working area clean and sanitary. 

  5. What do you do about allergens?
    My product labels list allergens or say “may have come in contact with”. If you have serious health issues related to allergens, then my products are not for you. I can guarantee what happens in my commercial kitchen but not for ingredients that come from other food manufacturers.
    My kitchen is peanut free. I do not use peanuts or lupin flour.

  6. Why is your shop open only twice a week?
    I welcome you to order online 24/7 and pick-up at the shop. Pre-ordering, especially custom baked goods, guarantees you will get what you want in the quantity you need. I make everything in the shop during the week in preparation for Saturday & Sunday.

  7. Are you on social media?
    Please follow me on IG @keepsake_keto_sweets to find out about Weekly Indulgences and when I am open during Broadway fairs and special events.
    Posts to my IG account automatically go to FaceBook/Meta, but I do not go there to pick up questions. Instead, DM me at IG or email me at sales at ketofinechocolate dot ca.

  8. Do you mail out online orders during Summer?
    Online orders from 1st May to end August are taken for pick up only. Email, DM on Instagram to arrange a convenient time and day. 
    Mail out orders are expensive (over twice the usual rate) during May to end August so are rarely done. If you really need delivery then contact me for detailed cost and e-transfer instructions.
