MonKKey Vanilla Milkshake 75g

(Keepsake Keto version of fine white chocolate – sweetened with erythritol.)

This batch of Keepsake Keto’s version of fine white chocolate was a fortuitous accident. Instead of adding lots of cream cheese to the melanger, I mistakenly added lots of Medallion whole milk. The result?  A naturally sweeter version of our regular recipe that is enhanced with the addition of direct fair trade Uganda grade ‘A” vanilla beans and a bit of cream cheese to round out the creamy milk flavour.

It tastes like a vanilla milkshake.
